I would be interested to know if any Trust's who implemented iCM or iPM and are using the systems to generate immediate discharge summary's.I am aware that the systems are supposed to have that capability however I am interested to know what sort of output is being created. Is it simply a printed document or is there a specific file output as well? As I am sure people are aware, there seems to be alot of interest in the distribution of these documents to the GP community.
