I don't know if anyone else is experiencing the same issues we are having around discharge summaries with spells no's that all end  _D001 which are also highlighted in red.  We have quite a few of these and it informs me that the admission is cancelled and associated letter(s) should be moved or cancelled.  I cannot open the lettter(s) from the discharge by patient view. I have only found these by going into each individual patient we have discharged and checking, its very long winded!  My questions are;

Is this caused by some process in the local PAS system?

Is it caused by an ICE discharge process?

If you have these instances, how do you indentify them, other than going and looking in each individual patients spells?

Thanks in advance
