Hi all,
Does anyone know if it's possible to add a hyperlink to an external "advice page" in result reporting?
I know it's possible to link to generic advice on the request screen but it would be much more useful to give some specific guidance determined by the current value of the test results.
Happy Christmas!

We've had a change made to the importer and can send URLs within the report which then get rendered as hyperlinks but not thought about result specific values - just links to local handbook or labtestsonline. They get added in after export from iLab but I guess you could talk to Sunquest about parsing report comment fields for http: at the front and do something similar. Problem we had was length of most URLs tend to exceed max comment length. What's really wanted is a rule within ICE itself that can detect conditions and add them automatically.
