One of our consultants would like a patient's GP to be defaulted as the 'copy to' doctor when placing an order.  Obviously you could not have this filled in for every order as you would not always require a copy to be sent to the GP.  However, I can understand them wanting the GP to be easy to find without searching through the list.  I don't know if it would be possible for ICE to put the registered GP at the top of the list of 'copy to' doctors.  Has anyone else been asked this?  What do people think?

I too think this would be a good idea as the user would need to on into the hospital pas system to see who their GP is.

Or the system could default to the GP pull from the hospital pas system and have the GP’s name in bold like the hospital number are now
