Greetings all.

Wondered if I could share a problem with you from my couch.

We have some 50-60 GP practices using web-ICE for Requesting and Reporting.

Although we have a number of TPP SYstem One users there are a couple of practices that for some reason and getting Drs FPC codes coming out on their ICE Request Forms that print out in the surgeries and worse than that these then get into the APEX Lims somehow which means that PMIP Report that they get back also has this as the Drs Code which means that the practice cannot 'file' it without needing to recode it.

Has been reported to Anglia and TPP (the latter seem somewhat disinterested !) for investigation. Wondered if anyone else out there had come across the problem and found a cure.

interestingly this only seems to apply to a couple of TPP practices and we have numerous other practices that have not reported the problem. So either they've just not reported it or its not occurring.

regards
