Hi,

We are currently in the process of implementing ICE for Pathology and Radiology requests and as part of this work we are looking to develop a Benefits Plan.

Has anyone else already completed anything similar and, if so, would you be willing to share your findings?

We are particularly interested in what measurements you used to determine the following:-

  • Reduction of inappropriate requests made
  • Reduction in duplicate requests made

Any assistance you can provide will be greatly appreciated.
