ICE Desktop has a comprehensive Audit section. When you select a "process" to audit such as Duplicate Patient Merge with an "Action" of Merge, you will be given an audit report which is effect a list of events. Clicking on the Info button just returns a numeric for each patient.

Question is - How do you relate this info to an individual set of patients' data?

Hello Richard,

The topic you have introduced to the user forum raises an interesting and valid point about some of the audit information available from the system which is directly beneficial to system technicians rather than end users. However, I would normally expect a customer to flag this up as a support query and I am therefore arranging to do this on your behalf so that we can follow this up with you from our Helpdesk.

Regards,

Tony (Anglia Customer Support Team Manager)

The solution that Tony mentions has worked well for us in the past. On one particular occasion, the information was required urgently and this was handled promptly.
